Calculated Values

Is there a way to create a calculated value in the properties of a Civil 3d COGO point? that is becouse i have values of some points ( $, Au, Ag) and i want to create a calculated value using this data and recalculate every time i change the $ value.

Without writing code, I guess it's hard to get that, sir.

One possible workaround would be:

1] export the Cogo points to a text file
2] import the text file in an empty shape, e.g. with opensource like Mapwindow or Qgis
3] add the calculated fields, and save
4] in Autocad _MAPCONNECT to that shapefile

Every change of the calculated value (in the external Gis) will be updated in Civil, upon refreshing the FDO link.

How do you plan on presenting this data? If it is in a label, you could look into Expressions in your label style.
