    Default Creating Pitched roof

    Hi,
I'm new to Revit and I am trying to model a pitched roof which has three different clear span widths, that is on plan, the exterior walls look like a set of steps.
I have drawn the roof using the footprint command, but the ridge line is also stepped, and I am looking to have a continuous ridge line. I have also tried the extrusion command but with the result of one continuous roof with no change in width. Would anyone have any ideas.

Is it like this? Just make one of the lines the 'defines slope' one, that should do it.
