Default Nested Shared Parameters Wth Pile Caps

I have created a pile with shared instance parameters to allow us to add pile loads to individual piles which can then be scheduled. This works great.

I am now trying to nest the pile into my pile cap families but I cannot seem to get access to the pile parameters when it is loaded into a project. Has any got any ideas of a way around this?

Default Re: Nested Shared Parameters Wth Pile Caps

Welcome to the forum. The shared parameters included in family A need to be associated to local parameters in family B (the host), which are, again, the same shared parameters.
