    Default Degrees, Minutes & Seconds

I want to rotate a line by degrees, minutes & seconds, how do I go about doing this?

I have already changed the units I'm working in to degrees, minutes & seconds, but how do I then go about entering them in to AutoCAD?

    Thanks in advance

I am new to Civil 3d 2013 and wanting to annotate land parcels with degree, minutes, and seconds. All I am getting is decimal degrees.

Any pointers would be most helpful.

You will need to change your style to use the right units for your bearings.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.
