Center of object OSnap
Summary: Add an OSnap that will click to the center of any object, not just circles
Description: Object Snap: Center should snap to the center of a square or any other object, just as it does for a circle.

Actually, Gile posted a single solution for multiple target versions here... Might make it simpler for others.
