Default Electrical circuits disconnect when synchronizing

I have a large electrical model that we have been working on about a year. This model has over 130 distribution and branch panelboards which we have fully circuited from load to Switchboard.

All of a sudden I have had several circuits spontaneously disconnect from their panel. We printed some sheets and noticed <unnamed circuit> at several Home Runs.

One of the odd things about this is that the properties for the disconnected circuit still show the circuit number that it was previously circuited to, but no panel.

I can re-circuit one of these circuits back to the original panel without any problems, until I synchronize - then it disconnects.

If I re-circuit one of these circuits to a different panel, it stays connected after synchronizing.

Has anyone run into this? Any ideas to resolve this problem?

    Any suggestions appreciated!

Holy feces, that's a gigantic model. Which may be the problem.

Are all of the disconnected circuits originating from the same panel?

Is the offending panel still connected to its distribution panel/xfmr?

Are all of the branch circuits for this panel disconnected, or just some?

Anything else these circuits might have in common (location, equipment served, host element)?

Never heard of this one before, you might just have to delete the panel and re-create it.

    Answers to your questions:

There are at least three different panels that have had a couple of disconnecting circuits.

The offending panel(s) is still connected upstream.

Just a couple of branch circuits on the panel disconnected, not every one.

Looks like all of these disconnected circuits are connected to the same light fixture type, although there are just as many other circuits to this type of light fixture that did NOT disconnect - I'll have to look closer at this!

    Thanks for the good questions!
