Default Drop Cheek Elbow and other custom duct fittings

    Hi everyone,

I have noticed that there are a number of fairly common duct fittings that do not come with Revit MEP out of the box. One such part is the drop cheek elbow. I'd like to create a smooth radius fitting that changes size and elevation from end to end. Could anyone help point me in the right direction to get this part created? Even if you could recommend a resource to read on custom part creation, that would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!

You should check out ENGworks' BIMXchange http://www.engworks.com/BIMXchange/bimxchange.html. I'm not sure if the fitting is already available therein, but if not they would be happy to create it for you
