Default Inserting a block with mulitiple visibility states; not being prompted

    Hello everyone,

I was hoping that someone might be able to help me with this.

I have a symbol that contains 2 attributes (COLREF1 & COLREF2) and two visibility states. Basicallly one visibility state makes one of the atrributes visible the other atrribute invisible and vice versa.

I use a script that automatically inserts this symbol for me, if multiple symbols are inserted the script will automatically edit the attribute starting with number 1 and will increment the number by 1 in the next symbol and so on that bit is fine. What I would like is for COLREF1 and COLREF2 to have the same number. The script is prompted what to insert for COLREF1 (default visibility state shows COLREF1) but it isnt prompted for COLREF2 therefore the COLREF 2 will always have 1 inserted.

    Thanks

    Michael.

If these are always the same then you should be able to use a Field to populate the COLREF2 Attribute that comes from COLREF1 Attribute.
