Default Room Tags and Legend Help

I'm colorizing an existing floor plan that I got from someone else.

When I placed the room tags in the all the rooms and then go and put in the legend it just reads "colors not defined" with a square white box next to it. It also doesnt colorize the rooms. What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you might need to assign a value to your rooms in order to populate the legend.
Edit the Color Fill Legend and see what room parameter is being used.
Use the "+" to add values to the list. Change colors and fill patterns as needed.
Now go back to the plan, select the room(s), and choose the parameter value in the room properties.
Once the values are assigned, the rooms will "colorize" and the legend will populate.
