Default Material for flex pipe and duct

Do anyone know how to change material for flex pipe and flex duct? Now I use pipe for simulate a 161kv and 235kv cable. However, I need to use the color to present different cable. Any way to change the color or meterial when I want to render the 3D view?

I believe the Flex Pipe can only have 1 material designation per project, the material is defined at the Object Style level, and you can not apply different materials to different types. Filters can not apply materials either, so I don't know how to assign materials to different types.

If you only have 2 types to show then you could use flex pipe for one and flex duct for the other.

The paint tool also doesn't work with Flex Pipes.

Sorry, not an answer other than I don't think you can do what you require.
