plotting PDF's

I have encountered a problem when trying to create a PDF. The sheet has 14 viewports on it, and when I create the PDF, it ends up having the one turn out black. Any suggestions? I have included a pic

Are you creating the pdf from AutoCAD? or from another program?

I would be curious if you are using Acad's built-in PDF writter or another PDF printer. I have found the best way to create PDF's is to use the one designed and integrated into the Acad software. Realizing from experience that add-on PDF writters can often times be problematic. (IMHO)

Dderr could have a point, are you using the built-in method? I admit I tend to use the Acrobat driver, as I've been using that since before AutoCAD introduced the ability.

As to your problem, it might be easier if you could share the file? Maybe save a copy and delete out most of the model so we could take a look at that viewport.

Black spots on pdfs are usually attributable to some type of masking, but, I don't know how likely that looks in your application. Or having a different lineweight scale for just that vp so the lines are so thick you can't see between them. I dunno... without seeing the file, I can't come up with much.
