Existing flat roof structure is now becoming sloped.

I have the steel structure (with 4" concrete deck) built in Revit Structure 2012. Initially the roof was going to be flat, but now it is being changed to sloping roof (luckily the slab is still going to be planar)

What is the best method of modifying the underlying structure? It would be easy if the beams spanned the entire length, but there are interior columns and sub-framing. My first thought is to create a reference plane along the proper slope and just start moving things up to hit it. Thoughts?

select all beams that connect to columns, change start & end attachment properties from end elevation to distance.
then select all columns and attach top to sloping slab, also change attachment justification at top to intersection column mid point.
also helps if you have slab edge at correct location and elevation before you start, the columns will be attached to bottom of slab
and changes in slab offset or edge distances will change column and framing heights.
