Layer Lock Password

Summary: The ability to lock a selection of layers and add / remove a password.

Description: Select some layers, lock them, assign a password that is needed to unlock them. There should be some kind of visual identification showing that they belong to a "locked group". Files outside that group can be locked or unlocked at will by anyone.

This would allow one to pass on drawings to others with no chance that the base drawing will be altered by mistake.
