Help with free 3-D model tree materials

I'm fairly new to 3DS Max so I'm not sure how obvious this is but I'm not sure how to apply the JPEG images supplied with the download to the trees. The link to the download is here

and a screenshot of the images is attached. If someone could steer me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

Oh, my! Based on the images for the mapping, it would require UVW unwrapping. Not something I enjoy or recommend for someone new to Max. I'm surprised the objects didn't come with UVWs already applied. Is it that they are not rendering or not showing in the viewport?
