RCP of linked arch model - show door swings?

Is it possible to create an RCP of a linked view of an architect's model and show the door swings?? Because I'm not having any luck setting it up. Ideally, I'd like to have the RCP show the ceiling grids (obviously), door swings and windows in a similar fashion as on regular plan views. Thoughts?? Suggestions??

Not that I know of. Because of this issue, we ended up having to overlay 2 views on our sheets. One is the RCP with everything turned off except the ceilings, the second is a floor plan view showing all our work. Although it does seem like a bit of a pain, the printed sheets look great.

Cant you just change the cut plane height to a lower value that intersects the elements you want to display

I can't seem to get it to work with a linked view from the architect's model. Is the image you posted a linked model or drawn in the MEP model?

i do what drew said, my lighting plans are RCPs with the view range from floor to level above, with the cut plane at 1" off the floor looking up. shows everything i need to see.

a few of the things i've fine tuned, this view is set to Coordination discpline, with all the arch (this one's linked, but works the same when arch is in house in the same file) categories forced to pen 01 and half tone. when set to Electrical, you will have things not show up, like the ceiling grids... i'm also set to Wireframe so i can see things above the ceilings, so i have to turn off certain categories or hide items from the structural link sometimes for clarity...

Don't use a linked view from the ARCH model, use the "by Host view" or "Custom" V/G settings. Using the "By linked view" setting means that you'll see what their view of their model shows, regardless of the settings in your view.
