Disable close button on File Tabs

AutoCAD 2014 has File Tabs, which show you all the drawings you have open in AutoCAD.
Unfortunately the tab has also a close button, which is very easy to click when you switch between drawings.
Does anyone know how to disable the button but not the File Tabs.

I don't have 2014 installed on this machine to double-check at the moment, but, I am fairly certain that there is no way to do that (no system variable or other setting), sorry.

I haven't found any way to do that, but so far I kind of like that feature. If I start accidently closing dwgs, I may change my tune.

I switch between drawings rather quickly and SOMETIMES hit the close button on the tab. Civil 3D locks up and I have to go to the TASK MANAGER and force a shut down of Autocad. Sucks is to kind of word for this built in crash hazard.

One "Switch" in the code will disable the CLOSE TAB until a tab is activated...
