Disappearing schedule info

I have several shared parameters for our footings schedule and they seem to work fine.

The parameters show up in the footing properties and in the schedule as I have formatted.

The problem is when I close the model and reopen it the schedule is blank in some of the cells (and it's random).

There might be only one or two cells emty or75 percent will be gone, or it will all be there.

The info is still assigned to the objects, but its not showing up in the schedule.

I've had GCS schedules appear blank on open, but if I selected the schedule and picked on the light bulb and all would appear.
I tracked the problem down to the last person that saved didn't have all the worksets open. (ie he opened the file via the select workset option).
I don't think that's the same issue you're having since some of the information is shown.

It seems to happen when I add a footing to the plan......

Is there a filter applied to the schedule?
Workset turned off?
Schedule looking at a different type of object, or material that doesn't match your new footings?
Just thinking out loud.

There are filters, but whole footings are not being omitted. Just the shared parameters in the footing properties that are being included in the schedule. It's presenting an interesting challenge.
