Angry Printing issues on an Integrated project

I am currently working on a project where the all disciplines are working in the same central model but in different offices. I am doing the structural side of things and I am wanting to show some of the architectural elements scaled back. I have gotten all of that to work except for when I go to print the sheets. Some of the members will be hidden or not available to be seen. I have the Architectural walls to be 100% transparent and half tone and the discipline set to coordination. This discipline is a problem because it will show up on everyone else's floor plans when it should only be showing up on my structural floor plans. Anyone run into this problem or have some suggestions for me to try.

Are you printing Vector or Raster.
    Are you printing pdfs?
Have you tried to print directly?
If you're creating PDFs (which last time I asked, revit doesn't "support" pdfs) try using raster, it may take longer, but the disappearing objects thing is a known issue if printing vector.
    Just a thought.
