When i click on an alignment, the ribbon tab at the top doesn't show up. Here is my cui settings for Ribbon-Contaxtual Tab States-Alignment single selection. I'm not sure what the problem is

What are your RibbonContextSelect and RibbonContextSelLim System Variables set to?

The weird part is that when i select the alignment stations, the Labels - Alignment Station Label Group Contextual tab shows.
My issue is with Alignments and Profiles. The Profile View Tab shows up, but not Profile
