Can't you select multiple views in the Project Browser? Is it really necessary to do this through programming?
Hold down Ctrl or Shift to select more than one at once. Then simply assign the Scope Box in the properties palette.
Edit: Anyhow - it seems the ScopeBox property is not yet defined in the API: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autode...x/td-p/3620858

Yes I could perform this from the Project Browser for the over 600 views in my project but through the API might be faster and less user error.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem that it's going to be a property exposed to the DotNet API any time soon.
The closest I could find to something like this would be http://thebuildingcoder.typepad.com/...scope-box.html
That is adjusting a 3dView's section box to match a scope box's dimensions. Perhaps you could do something similar for 2dViews? Though it would still just set the crop, not the actual Scope parameter.
Yes, to apply a scope box to a view(non-3D view), you would change the scope box parameter (VIEWER_VOLUME_OF_INTEREST_CROP) of the view
by entering the scopebox's elementID
