revit server extension under subscription

Hi Everyone,

I'm a little bit confuse about Revit Server which is found in Revit installer and revit server extension which is under subscription. what is the difference between the 2 revit server?

im referring to version 2013, i dont have subscription account which my manager only have the access.

To my knowledge they are the same thing. The install package under subscription is just the Revit Server install, it does not allow you to install Revit.
