AutoCAD Error Unhandled exception...Could not load file or assembly

When I go into my CUI to edit/customize something I keep getting this error.

Unhandled exception has occured in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.

Could not load file or assembly *System.Design. Version=4.0.0.0. Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. Signature specified is zero sized. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131237).

Can someone please help. I have absolutely no idea.....

Try a Repair of the installation from Control Panel. If that doesn't cut, try doing a re-install from the same place. sounds like something got deleted/corrupted on your file system

I tried both and neither worked. Ugh! Now I've lost all of my customizations. That sucks.

Any other ideas?
