Default RE: Compiled wish list from ATP Manager

I'd be interested in attending (download and take) an ATP on ADT basics. I took a course a couple years ago on ADT from Avatech but it didn't stick. The instructor didn't cover the Project Navigator, either, which was just coming out at that time. I use ADT maybe a few days every couple weeks, and it gets really frustrating not knowing how to fix things that go wrong, and no having anyone nearby familar with it. I'd have to phone someone from the local user group. Maybe a basics tutorial would do me some good.

As for textbooks, I've got Paul Aubin's Mastering ADT book, but just don't seem to have the attention span to continue. Hopefully the forums for an ATP would keep me moving.

Paul, I spilt your post into a new thread. Also, until a course is developed that fits your needs. ADT comes with some tutorials that cover the basics. They provide hands-on, step-by-step instructions. I've done about half of them and that got me far enough to get started (or be dangerous ).

    Hi

Might want to take a look at the June 2005 offering "ATP078 Architectural Desktop 101 - Covering the basics" - Current ATP Courses.
