Default Sneaking an Architecture family question in here - putting electrical parameters on specialty equip?

I know that they do not like cross posting but I put a question in the Revit Architecture families forum and after over 60 views no one has answered it.

I have tried to get a piece of specialty equipment to allow me to add FL Amp to it but it says I can't add the parameter from the Current in there?
    Any ideas?

You seem to have slipped through the cracks here, too. If you haven't solved this yet, could you post the family that you're having issues with?
