Default Applying settings to mutiple views

I can't apply a simple scope box to multiple views at the same time in Revit MEP 2013. I highlight all of the views I want to apply my scope box to, but I get only the properties of the open view. If I select just one view at a time I can apply the scope box without having to open the view. Is this something that everyone else is seeing? Is there another way to do this in '13?

I have seen this behavior before and think it's a bug with the software. Are you using two monitors? If So try docking your project browser and properties box inside the Revit application on the main monitor. If that doesn't work you may need to delete the registry keys for the Version of Revit you are using under the current user. That will reset the user-interface. Always back up your registry before making any changes.
