AutoCAD LT 2013 - RICOH MP CW2200SP PLOTTER

So I got this new plotter in the office and it works great with one exception..... When I select the plotter (RICOH MP CW2200 PS) then I select the paper size 18"x24" it shows a preview 18"x17.7". How do I fix this? i have looked in the properties but I am having no luck. I checked with the two other drafters and they are having the same problem.

If you change the orientation to PORTRAIT, does the full size appear? since you have exactly 18" but an odd number in the other direction... .

changing the orientation did not fix the problem. i do appreciate the help.
