    Default Rich Text Editor in Drawings

    Summary: Full featured Rich Text Editor in Inventor Drawing environment.

    Description: We need a better tool for formatting single character and paragraphs.
    Tabs would be helpful as well.

    Wish 8, 12 and 13 is practically the same, with 12 having some specs as to how it should be enhanced.
