Revit Heating and cooling load analysis

Dear all
I am having some problems running the heating and cooling load calculations in Revit 2013.
The results are varying wildly so much that they are obviously incorrect.
The project I am working on is a condominium project in Bangkok and I have 2 identical units albeit mirrored and on the opposite side of the building width ways and one unit is showing that the design cooling load on one is almost 4 times higher than the other even though the materials and window areas are identical.
These units are only 9 metres apart!
This is the first time I've really tried te calculations seriously and either I'm making a glaring mistake in setting the analysis up or Revit is not reliable for this.
Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

What direction do the widows face for each of the condominium units?

Thanks for the reply.
One of the units is facing North West and the other is facing South West.
Because of Bangkoks geographical location, the sunpath is almost directly above all year round which is why the contrasting results are baffling.
