    Default An error has occurred

I keep getting this error (see attachment) and can't get rid of it wether or not I select yes or no it just comes straight back and I have to shut down windows to get rid of it. Does anyone know how to deal with it?

Immediately after your next windows restart, I would recommend browsing to the folder shown in the error message and deleting every file that you can.
