Export a list of holes in faces?

Hi, I and our team are all new to the world of Revit and trying to embrace all of the advantages and was posed with a question and I immediately thought that something like this could be handled with Revit API but I don't know quite where to start. Working in the structural world with a manufacturing factory I was wondering, is there a way you could export a list of holes from a beam to know the location from the end of the beam, hole size and the face of which the hole cuts through, so we could work a way to automate this process to our machines. I have attached an example revit file to help. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
