Default Receptacles Show in 3D type view after Arch Model Update

After an arch model update, some receptacles show in a 3D type view, rather than a symbol.

Attached is a snapshot and I have circled 2 fixtures.
They are the same family, but the one in the upper left had lost it's hosting during the update.
I have tried to re-host the object with no improvement.

If I right click and select "Create similar", I get the symbol version.

You should be able to select the receptacle and hit your space bar to "rotate" it to the 2D symbol. HTH
