Presenter Materials dropping off in timeliner

Hello
I have applied materials within Presenter.
When i simulate the project in timeliner for construction simulation all of the materials switch back to their original form.
Any ideas about this?

Update.
Materials do appear in the output animation / presenter render.
Though it makes the view port assessment of what materials are where a little difficult.
