    Default Background image grayed out

Help - I have inserted an image under "Background" in the Rendering Settings. I want to insert a different image, but the "Customize Image" box is grayed out. I have unlocked the view and it still won't let me get into that part so that I can swap the images. Any ideas? Thanks.

If the view has a template assigned to it, the view template may be controlling the Background button. In the Properties box of the view, under Identity data, find "View Template"
Click the box to bring up the "Apply View Template" dialog box. Select "None" and "Apply"
