Default Named Reference Planes, and regular reference planes - as different system families

I use reference planes to align things throughout the model.
I often end up creating so many, I get to a point where I just have to delete them all.

This prevents me from using them as useful alignment objects. I recently needed to add two reference planes to alighn three roof vents on a 1/6 spacing. I would have liked to have changed these and left them, while still being able to delete the rest in the project.

Or perhaps allow some features in the filter where we can sort for only reference planes named ________. And delete those. Give temporary reference planes a common name be default.

It would also be pretty special to be able to set the extents of the refernece planes from the view created. Those roof reference planes I talked about above. I wouldn't want to see those in the plans below. I'd have to go hunt them down in a section or elevation and pull the bottoms up, as things are now.

I thing reference planes should have "types" like other families, and they appear in filters
