Default toggling visibility in .IDW files

I have created an assembly drawing of our machine that is enclosed in a cabinet. I am putting the it in a .IDW file to five to the shop. my problem is when i place the views in .IDW the cabinet blocks the views on the internals. I have done it once and like an idiot did not save the file, but what i am trying to do to turn the visibility off on all the views but one. For the .IAM file i left the visiability on, for the .IDW I go to the cabinet in the browser to right click and turn off the visibility off but the button is disabled. I need some suggestions on what i can do.. Like i said, i have done it once already so i know it can be done, but I cannot remember how i did it.

    please help

Right click the view and turn off "Associative" (looks like the chain). Now you can set the selection mode to "Select part priority", select your parts and uncheck "visibility". You could also set up some levels of detail, or turn the cabinet into a "reference part".
