Default Help! How to make this one into a surface, and then I can divide it?

I got a file like the attachment, sat format, and already import it into Revit, so ,that is the problem, how can I make a surface from this file?

What type of surface are you trying to generate. If you try to apply anything to the face it won't work.

I want to make a new surface from this one, and the new surface can be divided as others, with the U V parameters.

I would recreate the surface in Revit. Its fairly simple by creating a series of spline then pull & push points

What program did the original surface come from? If you have access to the original surface and it is a NURBS surface (from Rhino or some such), then you can export it as an SAT and use it directly, subdivide it, etc, without recreating it in Revit.
