Revit MEP 2012 System Help

I've ran some refrigeration lines and am having some trouble getting them to the sizes I need. I have all the sizes in the "Mechanical Settings -> Pipe Sizes", yet the sizes aren't in the drop down for selectable pipe Diameters? Is there a trick I'm missing?!
