Revit 2013 - Duct Rise/Drop Symbol Wouldn't work

I set up the rise/drop symbol for the duct system families but it wouldn't show the symbol filled. Does anyone know why is it working like this for me? See attached screenshots. Thanks!

I think it's actually working. But because the fill color is set to black you can't see it against the black background. I had the same problem on screen but everything prints fine. To partially resolve this I've changed my color to a dark shade of grey. Does it print out OK for you?
