Undo Buffer filling up

One of the PCs is having problems with the undo buffer filling up prompting an warning box

The files he is working with aren't anything exceptionally large (though we are using the ARD addon bundle) is there anything to be worried about?

He also would like to know if you can disable the cycling of zooms/pans from the undoable record.

The error is still popping up, and it's getting closer to the limit

2014 Civil3d right? pretty common, no fix that i've heard of yet.

audit, purge, -PURGE R, might help.

no Civil 2013, we've cycled the undo option off & on, and a waiting to see if the error rears it's head again...

But we'll try that if it does happen
