Exclamation How to draw attributed line circle?

We all know that we can input attribute in a block using attdef command. But Is there any facility to input attribute in simple acad object like line circle etc without making a block? If so how ? I am using Acad 2002 now.

    Hi

By definition Attributes have to be part of a Block, therefore if you want to use Attributes you will have to create a Block.

If you want to store data with AutoCAD Objects then you could look at things like Drawing Dictionaries / LData / XData.

A Forum Search will turn up relevant information on the above.

    Have a good one, Mike
