Default Revit Keynote Legends not behaving correctly on different sheets

Not entirely positive this is related, but upon upgrading to 2014 from 2013, our Keynote Legends which had been behaving perfectly across numerous sheets, now appear to be inconsistent. The most annoying item is that we typically, under the Keynote Legend Properties, edit schedule, Appearance tab, select "Blank row before data". This allows the header to fit in a nice little titleblock area we have established on our sheets. Unfortunately, there's about a 90% chance now that the legend, once on the sheet, will not honor that and just eliminates the blank row.

We've deleted the legend from the sheets, drug new ones onto the sheet, copied "working" legends form other sheets onto those sheets... but to no effect.

    Any ideas?

I've had a similar issue, the only way I've found to fix it is to remove then reapply a schedule view template to the schedule.
