    Unhappy Revit 2014 problem

Hi guys, I'm currently using Revit 2014, but have a serious problem (have contact Autodesk support team but they send me here instead):

    1. The Rendering library error sometimes shows and sometimes not shows when start Revit
    2. I have select the check box for the Autodesk Material Library when installing, the material library also shows it's successfully installed in my computer
    3. Problems:
    * a. the 'Material' button does NOT react when clicking it*

    b. 'Material Assets' and 'Rendering' options are grey-ed out.

Anyone have same problem? Or any professions can help me p,ease? Thanks in advance

Yes. One of my students rendered her project, but everything was just shades of gray. I'm at a loss as to why this is happening.
