Wheel double click
Summary: Time for it to go -
Description: Time to remove the double click on the mouse wheel zoom to extents, or at least give the user the option to remove it. No two mice behave exactly alike in regards to this "feature" and if the user zooms with the wheel at all, the inadvertent repeated zoom to extents is just annoying on a large layout.

While I've never worked with anyone who's had any issue with this behavior whatsoever, I'm generally a fan of allowing user to enable/disable features.
