Bring "Convert Text to MText" to AutoCAD LT

Summary: from the express tools in full autocad, bring "convert text to Mtext" to autocad Lt.

Description: my employer has us work in autocad LT 90% of the time and only use the full version when we absolutely need to (as we have fewer licenses for the full version and priority goes to those using Revit). One command I find I am constantly going back and forth for is "convert text to mtext", when working on older drawings, text is often in dtext and to bring the drawing up to speed we need to convert it to mtext. retyping everything in mtext is often overly time consuming.

A workaround - Don't retype the text, use copy and paste into a blank Mtext object.

One could also estimate the time spent per year dealing with workarounds in LT for things in the full package, and use that to cost justify converting seats from the deliberately limited LT
