Summary: Add tool to "Reconcile Hosting" that allows user to re host all elements to nearest host.

Description: Too many times ceilings get deleted in the Architectural file causing MEP engineers to rehost devices..etc. Re-host fixtures would be a great tool that would save days!

Please invest developing smarter "Reconcile hosting" all at once as much as possible for "Orphaned" elements. It is is really necessary for reliability of whole system and not to put at risk of losing hosted objects and annotations associated with linked models all the time.
