Default Trouble printing to Acrobat Standard from Design Review

We save DWF files of our drawing sets but sometimes third parties want a PDF instead. Typically we have printed the DWF files to PDF from Design Review. We just got a new install of the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Standard and we are having issues.

When we print 24"x36" sheets there PDF includes a huge (about 18") of white space on top and bottom of the sheet. We have tried printing to fit, to scale, everything. There is no auto rotate option. The sheet is rotated correctly, there is just a bunch of extra white space on top and bottom.

We are using Design Review 2013.

That's essentially what we did for an immediate fix. Turns out, the user had some printer settings that were tweaked for some reason. Once those were reset it printed fine.
