Program need

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a replacement program in VBA.net that I can use in AutoCAD2013.

I had a VBA program named DXR, that would xref in a file on layer named "XREF", turn on the node osnap, read the dimscale of the file that I am xrefing in and then scale it by 1/ that dimscale.
