Summary: Retain user-adjusted column widths on the Keys tab when editing a layer key style.

Description: The initial column widths for the various Layer Key properties on the Keys tab in the Style Manager appear to be hard-coded into the program, and somewhat arbitrary. The user can manually adjust these to make data entry more efficient, but these changes are not retained between editing sessions and are also lost during certain actions, such as adding a new Layer Key.

Ideally, these would be stored for re-use between sessions of ACA (and AMEP). At the very least, they should be stored for re-use during one session of ACA.
