We are working on a mid-rise building wherein we have a separate Revit file linked in to a parent file to represent the typical floors. When we proceed to make the door schedule that includes elements from linked files, all the doors from the linked files reflect the level of the original linked file. What we hope to achieve is for the doors to reflect the level on which they lie on the parent file where they are linked in.

To get a clearer picture, we made the typical floor link file on the 1st storey. So all the doors, walls, windows, etc. lie on the 1st storey.
Then we linked this Revit file into our parent file which contains around 10 storeys. This typical floor Revit file lies on the 2nd storey of the parent file and then copied all the way up to the 10th storey.
Now when we do the door schedule, all the doors show 1st Storey as their level on the schedule.

Is there a way to make the door schedule recognize the level closest to the door elements? Or is there any other workaround for our predicament? Any insight is appreciated.

Thanks,
