Since I have needed to draw an arc that is tangent to both another arc and a line, I thought I would share what I've learned. The fillet command doesn't usually give me what I need in these instances. See attached PDF.

That's one way to do it. Another way would have you extend the smaller arc beyond the point in which you think the tangent point between the two arcs would be. Then draw a the larger circle using the tangent-tangent-radius option and picking points on the line and a point near the projected tangent point on the arc.
